Who I Work With

  • Families & loved ones seeking clear guidance on how to support someone with OCD—without feeding the cycle
  • Clinicians wanting a deeper understanding of OCD, ERP principles, and how to identify when a referral may be appropriate
  • Organizations (schools, clinics, HR/people teams, nonprofits) looking for training or policy guidance around anxiety and OCD

Concierge Consulting

Family Education & OCD Consulting

Learn what OCD is (and isn’t), how accommodation keeps the cycle going, and what to do instead. You’ll leave with clear language, boundary ideas, and next steps to support recovery at home.

Great for: parents, partners, siblings.

Supporter Strategy Session (One-Time)

A focused session to troubleshoot reassurance loops, create a home plan, and align on “what helps vs. what hurts.”

OCD-Informed Workplace Consulting

Training and guidance for managers, HR, and teams on recognizing anxiety/OCD patterns at work, reducing stigma, and creating practical support without reinforcing compulsions.

Perfect for: lunch-and-learns, policy reviews, leadership briefings.

School & Campus Trainings

Psychoeducation for student services, counseling staff, or faculty: recognizing OCD, response tools, referral pathways, and how to avoid accidental reinforcement.

Ideal for: staff training, parent night, student workshop.

ERP for Non-Specialists (Clinician Education)

A psychoeducational primer for mental health professionals on assessing OCD, differentiating it from related presentations, and knowing when/how to refer for ERP.

Note: educational only; not supervision.

Speaking & Media

Panels, webinars, and interviews on OCD, anxiety, ERP myths, or supporting someone with OCD.

Available for podcasts, conferences, and community events.

FAQs About Consulting Services

Is this therapy?

No. These services are educational, skills-based, and non-clinical. They don’t include diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.

Can you consult with me if I'm already in therapy elsewhere?

Yes—many people use consulting to learn supportive strategies while remaining in therapy with their current provider.

Do you offer CEUs?

Not at this time. If that changes, I’ll note CE information on the training page.

Do you work with teams outside Wisconsin, Illinois, and Nebraska?

Yes—consulting and trainings can be offered virtually across the U.S. (therapy services remain limited to my licensed states).

Can I submit the receipt to my insurance company for reimbursement?

Consulting and professional services are not reimbursable through insurance. These offerings are private-pay only and fall outside the scope of billable mental health treatment or diagnostic services.
