I use the Jane App as my secure client portal. This is where you’ll access everything related to our work together, from scheduling and forms to messaging and receipts. The portal is designed to be simple, organized, and easy to use, even if technology isn’t your favorite thing.
What You Can Do in the Jane Portal
Through your Jane client portal, you can:
Complete all intake and consent forms
Update contact, insurance, or payment information
Add a preferred name or pronouns
Upload documents you’d like me to review
Securely message me between sessions
View upcoming appointments and make changes if needed
Access receipts and statements
Everything lives in one place so you don’t have to dig through emails or keep track of paperwork.
Where to Find Your Forms
All required paperwork, including intake forms, questionnaires, consent forms, and practice policies, is located directly inside your Jane client portal.
After you book your first appointment or free consultation, Jane will automatically email you a link to set up your account. Once you log in, you’ll see everything waiting for you. No printing. No scanning. Just click, complete, and you’re all set.
How to Access the Portal
You’ll receive an invitation link after scheduling. If you ever misplace it, you can log in anytime using the same email address you booked with.
